What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 60% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 40% of your sales. You will be charged a $15.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).”

• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.

How Do I Drop Off My Items?

Once you have filled out our VIP form, your Processor will be in contact with you within 24 hours. You will work with her to schedule a meet-up time in a public place within 7 days.

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

NEW THIS SEASON: Consignor Payday has gone VIRTUAL! You will now receive an E-check and can either print it and deposit with your bank or you can pay a small fee to Deluxe Checks and have it direct deposited.

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

You have two ways to pick up your pass! 1) We will email them to you from our ticket partner, Eventbrite! Be sure to give us your correct email address when signing up so we send it to the right one! 2) You may pick it up at the store 2 days before Pre-Sale Your Processor will also be in touch with all of these details as we get closer to our event!

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

Acceptable Items

We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.

All clothes and shoes need to be Spring/Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).

Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.

If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lanas standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXCESSIVE CLEANING OR EXCESSIVE SORT FEE (this is in addition to your consignor fee) and your VIP processor will immediately donate them--they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.

How Do I Deliver Items to Processor?

Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.

Are there Any Item Limits?

There is an overall limit of 300 items per consignor ID. If you have more than 300 items, we will create you a second consignor ID. There is an infant clothing limit (sizes newborn - 9 months) of 50 items. Please only send your BEST! There is a Junior Girls clothing limit of 25 items(there is no limit in boys). This is anything above a size 16-18 girls.

Please keep in mind, these should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for Spring/Summer. Best selling brands include: Lululemon, Athleta, Free People, Madewell, Abercrombie, Fabletics, Golden Goose, BYLT, North Face, Patagonia, etc. Please do not send adult clothing or brands, processors will not be able to enter them.
Also, we do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps (with the exception of Willow or Elvie)
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Crib Bedding/Crib Bumpers/Crib Skirts (We DO accept sheets of al sizes and all comforters)
